  2. Designer Chat: Next, you’ll hop on a virtual call with one of our talented designers. It’s your chance to really explain your vision.
  3. Pick Your Favorite: We’ll create two awesome design concepts just for you. Simply choose your favorite.
  4. Get Your Design Package: Finally, we’ll send you the full package. It includes exclusive discounts, cool 3D visuals, floor plans, a shopping list, and even tips for painting and installation.

While our Room Refresh Package does not cover bathrooms and kitchens, we can tackle any type of room. If you would like us to design your dream bathroom or kitchen, we’re happy to provide a custom quote tailored to your specific needs. As part of our service, we are pleased to provide exclusive product discounts that typically save customers over $1,000. Here’s how you can take advantage of these discounts:

  1. Our designers will create a personalized, shoppable product list tailored to your approved design plan. 
  2. Upon receiving your final design package, you’ll gain access to a pre-populated online cart containing all the recommended items.
  3. We automatically apply discounts up to 30% off to the products in this cart. You don’t need any special codes – the discounted prices are locked in for your convenience.
  4. These exclusive discounted rates through our partner vendors are valid for 6 months from the date you receive your final design package. This allows ample time for you to review the recommendations, plan your purchases, and take advantage of the savings.
  5. Simply checkout and complete your orders through the provided cart link whenever you’re ready within that 6-month window.

Our custom interior design package pricing has a square footage limit of 400 square feet per room. For spaces larger than this, we charge an additional $1.50 per square foot.

If you haven’t prepaid for extra square footage, we’ll discuss any overage fees during your 15-minute consultation call, and payment is required before starting design work.

These fees ensure our designers can provide the same high-quality, personalized service for all room sizes.

At Dwellier Design, we understand that achieving your dream interior is a multi-step process. That’s why we offer several opportunities for revisions throughout our design process to ensure the final result perfectly aligns with your vision.

Initial Mood Board Revisions

After completing our style questionnaire and consultation call, you will receive two initial mood board concepts reflecting your design preferences. You can request up to 3 revisions to these mood boards until you are fully satisfied with one of the directions presented. 

Final Design Revisions

Once you approve a mood board direction, our designers will develop the comprehensive final design package including 3D renderings, floor plans, product lists, and all deliverables. Upon receiving this, you will have a 30-day window to request up to 2 additional rounds of revisions. 

At Dwellier Design, we stand behind our work and commit to providing top-tier service. We recognize that our product may not always perfectly align with a client’s vision or needs. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive refund policy:

Full Refund Eligibility:

  1. We will provide a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase, before we begin any design work.
  2. We will provide a full refund, if requested, if a customer paid for our Room Refresh Package but never filled out an intake survey.

 

Partial Refund Eligibility:

  1. Once we present initial mood board concepts, customers can request a refund minus a $100 fee to cover our initial design costs.
  2. After one of the initial mood board directions is approved, we will calculate a partial refund based on the percentage of work our designers have completed at the time of your request.

 

No Refunds After Final Delivery:

  1. We cannot issue refunds once we deliver the final design package with 3D renderings, floor plans, product lists, and all deliverables. At this stage, our 30-day revision policy allows up to 2 rounds of revisions to adjust the design as needed.
  2. For physical products like furniture or decor purchased through our partner websites, their respective policies govern returns and refunds. We will provide you with the relevant return and refund details from our partners at the time of purchase. While we aim to ensure a satisfactory experience, you must resolve issues regarding physical products directly with the supplier according to their established policies.

 

Please Note: No automatic refunds will be issued if the project is closed due to inactivity. However, you can request a refund according to our refund policy for 3 additional months by reaching out to us at info@dwellierdesign.com

We understand that selecting the perfect design direction is an important decision. That’s customers have 30 days from receiving mood board concepts to review and approve one direction. However, if no approval is provided within that 30-day window, our process includes the following steps to keep your project moving forward efficiently:

  • Reminder emails over 90 days
  • If we still do not receive your mood board approval or any justification for needing more time after 90 days from the initial mood board delivery date, your project will be closed out
  • No automatic refunds will be issued if the project is closed due to lack of mood board approval within 90 days. However, you can request a partial refund according to our refund policy based on the percentage of design work completed up until that point

 

We implement this 90-day time limitation policy to ensure each project progresses smoothly and our designers can properly allocate their time across all active clients. While we aim to be flexible when life circumstances may cause delays, prolonged unresponsiveness can unfortunately impact our ability to complete your design.

Absolutely! While our website showcases our Room Refresh Package for common residential rooms like living rooms, bedrooms, and home offices, we are more than capable of taking on custom design projects for a variety of other spaces. Our team of talented designers has experience creating tailored solutions for:

  • Bathrooms (powder rooms, primary baths, etc.)
  • Kitchens
  • Short Term Rental and Airbnb Designs
  • Outdoor living areas (patios, pools, outdoor kitchens)
  • Specialty rooms (home gyms, wine cellars, media rooms) 

 

No matter the type of space, we follow the same proven process – an initial consultation to understand your vision, custom mood board concept options, and a a comprehensive design package with 3D renderings, layouts, product lists, and implementation guidance. For any physical products like furniture or decor purchased through our partner websites, returns and refunds are at the discretion of their respective policies. We will provide you with the relevant return and refund details from our partners at the time of purchase.
